Adjustment Measures For Problems After Bearing Installation

Do not hammer directly on the bearing end face and non-stressed surface when mounting, but use a block, sleeve, or another mounting tool to make the bearing evenly stressed. If the mounting surface is coated with lubricant, it will make the installation more smooth. If the fit interference is large, the bearing should be put into mineral oil and heated to 80~90℃ and installed as soon as possible, strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100℃ to prevent the tempering effect hardness reduction and affect the size recovery. When you encounter difficulties in disassembly, we recommend that you use the disassembly tool to pull outward while carefully pouring hot oil on the inner ring, the heat will make the bearing inner ring expand, thus making it easier to fall off.

Not all bearings require a minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. National standard 4604-93, rolling bearing radial clearance is divided into five groups-2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups, 5 groups, clearance value in order from small to large, which 0 groups for the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature, and common interference fit; In high temperature, high speed, low noise, low friction, and other special conditions of the work of the bearing is appropriate to choose a large radial clearance; To precision spindle, machine tool spindle with bearings, etc. should choose a smaller radial clearance; For roller bearings can keep a small amount of work clearance. For the sealing defect problem with inlaid seal bearing, there are two steps that need to be carried out strictly in the process of adjustment.

This structure sealing effect is higher than the bearing agent sales of the bearing itself sealed, directly blocking the intrusion path of particulate matter, to ensure the cleanliness of the internal bearing. This structure enhances the bearing’s heat dissipation space and less damage to the bearing’s fatigue resistance.

2, bearing external sealing method although the sealing effect is good, the heat dissipation path also blocked, so need to install cooling parts. The cooling device can reduce the running temperature of the lubricant, after cooling in through natural heat dissipation, can avoid the high-temperature operation of the bearing.
