Working principle of bearing heater

The working principle of bearing heater is to use the metal in the alternating magnetic field to generate eddy current and make itself hot, usually used in metal heat treatment and other aspects. The principle is that thicker metals in an alternating magnetic field will generate current due to the electromagnetic induction phenomenon. When the thicker metal generates current, the current forms a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that all the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, causing the metal to heat up quickly.

Bearing heater installation and commissioning

1、Short-circuit heating: The main machine is a transformer of special structure, and the movable yoke is used to directly wear the bearings or other heated workpieces. When working, the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) is heated by short-circuit current induced in the workpiece when the power is turned on.
2、Place the yoke on the end face of the core of the main unit.
3、Check whether the wiring of the plug and socket is consistent and the grounding should be good, then insert the plug into the power socket with the control switch.
4、Turn the function selector switch to the hand control position and close the power supply, when the red indicator light is on.
5, press the start button, the host is energized, when the green light is on red light off; press the stop button, the red light is on green light off. So far, the commissioning is over and can be put into use.

How to use bearing heater?

The first step is to place the yoke iron on the end face of the main unit.
The second step, insert the plug into the power socket with the control switch.
The third step, check whether the grounding wire is good, and test it with the power measuring pen after powering on.

Step 4, turn on the power according to the requirement, at this time, the host automatically detects the probe, ambient temperature and displays the ambient temperature at the same time.
The fifth step, check the yoke iron to ground should have no voltage.
Step 6, select yoke iron set according to different specifications of bearings or other workpieces, and put this yoke iron on the top surface of the mainframe, which should be coincident and flat.

Step 7, press the button to select temperature or time control, if you need to adjust the temperature or time, please press the up or down Jian to select the appropriate parameter.
The eighth step, press the start button. The host starts to heat the workpiece, when the set time is reached, the host will automatically stop heating and demagnetize the workpiece automatically. In temperature control, when the set temperature is reached and the workpiece is at constant temperature, press the stop button when installation is needed.
The ninth step, when the bearing is heated to the desired temperature, it will automatically shut off the power or press the stop switch.

Step 10, after stopping heating, the yoke will move to the left or right, remove the bearing and put the yoke back to the top of the main machine again.
The eleventh part, if you repeatedly use the machine to heat the bearing without interruption, just put the processed bearing into the yoke again and press the start button.

Precautions for using bearing heater:
