Bearing noise：First of all, the bearing will make a sound during operation, if the sound is not too loud, it is normal. If the sound is very harsh, it means that the bearing is damaged. It needs to be replaced in time.

2, insufficient lubrication (oil level is too low, improper preservation leads to oil or grease leakage through the seal).
3, the bearing clearance is too small or too large (production plant problems).
4, the bearing is mixed with impurities such as sand or carbon particles, which act as an abrasive.
5, bearing mixed with water, acid or paint and other dirt, play a corrosive role.
6, bearing by the seat hole clip flat (seat hole roundness is not good, or seat hole distortion is not straight);.
7, bearing seat of the bottom of the pad iron is not flat (resulting in the seat hole deformation or even bearing seat cracks).
8, bearing seat hole with debris (residual chips, dust particles, etc.).
9, the seal eccentric (touching adjacent parts and friction).
10, the bearing is subject to additional load (bearing by the axial lame tight, or root shaft with two fixed end bearings).
11, bearing and shaft fit too loose (the diameter of the shaft is small or tightening sleeve is not tightened).
12, the bearing clearance is too small, too tight when rotating (tightening sleeve tightening too much).

26, bearing seat hole becomes large (non-ferrous metal bearing seat hole is propped up, or due to thermal expansion and become large).
27, cage fracture .
28, bearing raceway rust.
29, steel ball, raceway wear (grinding processing is not qualified or products have bruising).
