1.The bearing will be erected and close together.

Point: the inner ring of the bearing and the outer ring end face parallel, can not have tilt. Will thumb press the inner ring and swing 2 to 3 times, downward pressure, so that the inner ring and rolling body positioning into the seat. Position each roller position so that there is a roller on each side of the top of the inner ring raceway, push the top two rollers inward to ensure that they keep proper contact with the inner ring raceway.

2.According to the clearance standard optional good plug gauge.

Point: by the bearing bore size to consult the clearance standard corresponding clearance value, according to its maximum and minimum value to determine the plug ruler in the corresponding maximum and minimum plug ruler piece.

3.Select the radial clearance at the largest measurement.

Point: after the bearing is erected, its upper outer ring raceway and roller clearance is the largest radial clearance.

4.Use the plug gauge to measure the radial clearance of the bearing.

Point: rotate the collar and roller cage assembly a week, in three consecutive rollers can pass, and in the rest of the roller can not pass when the thickness of the plug gauge piece for the maximum radial clearance measurement value; in three consecutive rollers can not pass, and in the rest of the roller can pass when the thickness of the plug gauge piece for the minimum radial clearance measurement value. Take the arithmetic average of the maximum and minimum radial clearance measurement value as the radial clearance value of the bearing. In each column of the radial clearance value qualified, take the arithmetic average of the two columns of the clearance value as the radial clearance of the bearing.
