The gearbox bearing lube oil bath system can be redesigned to use a more efficient oil injection system. Compared to our traditional tapered bearings, our new product requires 95% less lubricant to prevent seizure. This allows the use of smaller pumps and eliminates agitation losses.
Reduce the bearing width by optimizing the cage shape. It is 10% narrower and 5% lighter than our traditional tapered bearings.
